Filled various roles in the engineering department for Picnic Boat 36 & 37', Talaria models 29', 38, 40, 44 & 55; manufacturing and mechanical engineering. Pinnacle of the experience was the team development of Jetstick maneuvering system, and mechanical design lead for 37' second generation Picnic Boat.

Licensed Engineer aboard 300' diesel M/V Northern Star out of Joliet Illinois; casino boat.

Employed as a watch standing Ballast Control Officer aboard oil exploration rig, Jack Bates (formerly of Reading & Bates Company); Trendsetter II Class semisubmersible. Responsibilities not limited to maintaining proper draft during drilling operations which included accounting for myriad drilling materials loaded on & off deck on a daily basis. Managed material onload and off load, preventative maintenance of supporting ballast machinery, operation of deck hardware (windlasses and 8-set anchors), maintenance & operation of life boats, and setting safety standards and conducting emergency drills. Point of contact/communications for incoming helicopter flights and daily supply boat activity.Served during drilling activities performed in Adriatic & Mediterranean Seas.
