Proficient with several broadcast systems including but not limited to ENCO broadcast automation software, Sierra Automated Systems Digital Connected Network, Broadcast Electronics "The Radio Experience" RDS/RBDS software and a variety of AOIP devices. Provide technical assistance with TV broadcast systems. Removed analog console and wiring. Replaced the analog consoles and wiring with new SAS digital audio system.

This was a temporary job. I disassemble and rebuilt three On-Air studios. The job was complete ahead of schedule. I worked with the Axia audio routing system. I was familiarized with the install and programing the PR&E RMX digital board.

My management experience included leading a 24 x 7 Engineering and IT team that supported the broadcast operations and IT infrastructures. I overseen projects and technology initiatives in support of the station operations. I made capital and operational budgets for the Engineering and IT departments. I communicated professionally on a frequent basis with all other department heads. I identified staff training needs. I motivated and developed staff members to meet the on-going and future technological advances. I performed other duties as needed.Supervised the relocation of three radio station which included three control room studios and three production studios. I provided direction and advice in the convergence and integration of new technology including virtualizing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory using VM Ware. I supervised the upgrade and standardization of all of the employee computers. I implemented a off site data backup storage system. I was key in integrating company file servers in to a Disk Storage and Network Data Services. I established company software licensing compliance. I identified audio transmission points of failures and eliminated the failure point.

I served as first point of contact for issues related to NexGen automation. Responsible for building and maintaining NexGen work stations. Database and storage server maintenance. Installed and maintained a PSI Wizard automation system. Upgraded automation system from Wizard to NexGen. Built and maintained a NexGen broadcast automation system. Upgraded from Novel network to Windows Network. Updated 100 NexGen workstations to newer computers.

I have years of expertise maintaining station equipment, remediation of equipment failures and installation of new station equipment including but not limited to broadcast equipment, IT and telephone systems and other related mechanical functions in a timely and professional manner. Perform periodic checks and adjustments to confirm equipment ready for operations and use. Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a large variety of broadcast studio equipment. Electronic Technician - designed and installed a audio chain for three stations. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all broadcast equipment to component levels(including 'Instacarts', 'Go-Carts', 'Reel to Reel', 'Cart machines', and 'Audio Mixing consoles'). FM and AM transmitter tuning, diagnostics, maintenance and repair. Transmitter tube maintenance. Calibrating telemetry remote control systems.
