Project management of all new product development and sustaining engineering projects. Facilitated engineering data, design standards, drawing control workflows, R&D product testing and validation, and staff recruitment and performance evaluations. Reviewed and processed engineering change orders (ECOs) and informed key stakeholders and team status of engineering requests.
