Reduced overall reliance on third party recruting since hire by 30% in North America and Canada. Annually compile spreadsheets to report organizations EEO-1 and analyze AAP compliancy. Responsible for ATS comparisons, selection, implementation, training materials, user system training and day to day oversight of global hosted application. Reduced website posting from a manual process to an automated streamlined process. Search method updated to an automated process versus looking at paper resumes, in the thousands. Mapped related ATS & Lotus Notes database fields and create a daily FTP file. Day to day activities consist of: reviewing resumes, resume mining, passive candidate sourcing and networking, working with Hiring Managers to complete in-person (or by phone if not on-site) position profile used for sourcing and job advertisements, phone screening and scheduling candidates for interviews, interview participation, reviewing and classifying resume activity, initiating background checks, creating H1-B job postings, out source and manage agency activities, candidate resume presentation and follow up with the hiring managers and negotiate corporate contract terms for recruitment expenditures.
