As Senior Recruitment Advisor for Engenda Group, I mainly focus on recruiting the best talent possible for our EPC division. These roles reach across our project management, design engineering and white collar construction disciplines; in addition to supporting recruitment within other parts of the business as and when needed. In addition to my day-to-day internal recruitment function, i work alongside the senior leadership team to create, implement and manage new process' and systems relating to recruitment and employment within the business. This part of my role allows me to focus on improving and making the recruitment function faster and more efficient as well as training the team on best practice. I am also working on our early careers programs and onboarding process. We also work with external clients to support their recruitment needs. Through valuable partnerships with companies we already supply our engineering and construction services to; we aim to be able to support their growing recruitment needs with our own advanced team.
