As a Graduate Student at Toronto Metropolitan University, I am pursuing a Master of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a program that combines design thinking, business model innovation, and industry engagement. Through real-life projects with mentors and partners, I am learning how to create value for customers and society with engineering innovation and entrepreneurship. My goal is to apply my skills and knowledge to solve complex and meaningful challenges in the construction and industrial equipment industry.Before joining the Master's program, I worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at HNS Automobiles, a leading dealer of renowned brands like Liebherr, Hyundai, and Sunward. I managed diverse tasks, such as sales, product promotion, inventory management, business development, client and principal company communication, pricing strategies, and technical proposals. I also led a skilled and motivated team, overseeing their performance, growth, and collaboration with other departments and stakeholders. Some of my achievements include securing a large contract with a government entity, increasing the sales volume by 35%, and launching new products in the market.My Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering provided me with a solid foundation in engineering principles, which I complemented with certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics from LinkedIn. I also completed an Introduction to Business Management course from King's College London, which enhanced my understanding of management concepts and practices. I have developed core competencies in Technical Sales, Equipment Rentals, and Tech Career Skills, as well as leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
