Key Result Areas: New Product development: >Part Development Activities for New Project Parts, Localization & Alternate Sourcing as per APQP/SPTT Guidelines. >Leads efforts to drive improvement in New Product quality through implementation of Toyota Quality strategies and best practices PDRBFM, SPTT, PV, QA NETWORK, KAKUTOKU etc. >Responsible for managing on time review of PPAP run onsite at the supplier & Review the dimensional/functional material/capability requirements to sign off the Part Submission Warrant (PSW). >Establish and monitor the Initial flow control for safe launch of new project with zero defect target.Mass Production Area: >To resolve all mass production quality issues related to customer, In-house and Supplier and in case of any non-conformance, do the analysis with CFT for Internal issues and raise QPCR to supplier for child parts. >Prevent re-occurrence of defects through onsite process verification, KAKOTORA analysis and YOKOTEN (Horizontal Deployment). >Establish & implement Quality Improvement Plan for High PPM Suppliers and ensure strong and effective actions. >Supplier evaluation through Process and System audit as per annual auditing plan to ensure the effectiveness and Compliance of Correct Processes and Quality system across the manufacturing. >Manage all PCR/ECR for applicable 4M changes and with initial flow control system. >Liaising with customers' auditors & ensuring execution of corrective action & compliance with customers' specifications; ensuring customer satisfaction through effective planning contacting & fast replying for queries
