It Field Service
Current• Performing installation and repair of equipment, materials and systems as specified in the work orders and project documentation• Assembles and install PoS equipment, Self Checkout (SCO), computers, Displays, networks, Printers, payment terminals, point of sale software and peripherals• Troubleshoot and fix problems related to computer network and point of sale (POS)• Replace varied pieces of IT equipment’s and provide training to customers• Computer deployment; Install and upgrade operating systems and software packages on equipment as necessary• promotes and adheres to company safety policies and procedures• inform of any problems or concerns with assigned projects• attend job meeting when required• Ensures all work is performed to company standards and quality installation techniques
