I have always loved the trucks and that has carried over to the rest of the company. The more I learned and became a part of the way Toyota does business, that appreciation only increased. As I grow my business, I hope to follow their influence. During my stint, I executed projects as they were needed for assembly of new vehicles. Design and integrate robotic automation systems into existing factory machinery and processes.So far this position has afforded me a boost in experience with regard to specifying and programming cobots, along with customizing end effectors, vacuum fixtures and grippers. I have also had the opportunity to program and utilize artificially-intelligent vision systems for robot guidance and inspection.Alongside the integration of exciting and cutting-edge technologies noted above, I am fortunate to have continued with my passion of designing and building precision, CNC and automated industrial equipment, honing skills and leading the way to a brighter future.

Primary job function: Design inspection robots from the ground up for non-destructive examination, primarily in the nuclear power generation industry. I love what I do.I am given the privilege of free innovation in order to solve problems that nobody has solved or to find a better, faster and more efficient way. I delve into the deepest degree of mechanical design with utmost consideration for seamless integration of modern electronics, programming and the latest NDE technology.Not only am I a lead designer, I personally see to the purchasing or manufacturing of every new part. This continuously speaks to the capabilities of our suppliers and manufacturing partners. I have a close relationship with each and always talk about how designs can improve based on availability of components and intended manufacturing method(s). So far, this frequently includes: Manual - milling, turning, (Arc/MIG/TIG) welding, blasting, grinding and workingCNC - 3,4 and 5 axis Milling, turning, laser-cutting, water-jet-cutting, casting, moldingMaterials Include - 5,6,7000 series aluminum alloys, 304 & 316 stainless steels, HDPE, Delrin, UHMW plastics, polyurethanes.Of course, once parts are fabricated/ordered and recieved, I ensure the assembly process is carried out properly, always on the lookout for lessons and room for improvement.

Perform design, fabrication and testing of aircraft parts and sections in an aircraft structural test lab. Here I attained vast experience in the design, construction and implementation of machinery as well as regulated FAA test plans and reports.
