• Horizon Program, Data project manager: Implementation of a new digital bank leveraging from the existing digital bank Data Lake deployed in other geographies.• AFS Vision project: Implementation of the new AFS Vision source system into the local Data architecture, which implies the redefinition of the whole Data control model and the Downstream systems ETLs and Technical requirements in order to have an updated E2E Data flow and lineage.• MREL regulatory project: Implementation of a new data model defined at Group level, in order to provide the liabilities information required in the ECB templates in an automated way. Definition and testing of the new requirements in order to achieve the deadlines established by the ECB.• IRB Control Model for Data Quality: Definition and effective implementation of the homologation strategy. Definition, coding, execution, analysis and reporting of a new set of +600 KPIs for loan and credit movements, guarantees, allocations and MIR engine tables.

• CDO team member to support the Nordics perimeter on the RDA main necessities: annual Group Certification and improvement of the RDA Data Quality Dashboard and reports sent to the Group on a monthly basis.• IRB Data Quality and Governance project to support the institution on elaborating the ECB Pre-Application Package to be submitted in June 2020.• GDPR transformation project, performing Data Quality and enrichment processes for the existing information, and in parallel processes regarding the parametrization, bulk upload and Target Operating Model of the tool.

• Internal Audit cooperation for elaborating the Internal Audit report to provide assurance over the effectiveness of the 2nd Line of Defence end-to-end Internal Validation activity for IRB rating systems.• Internal Audit cooperation for elaborating the Internal Audit report included in the ECB Application Package for the new DoD submitted in December 2018.• Capital Tools Programme, project management coordination in the UK perimeter for each of the 16 projects covered in the 3 years programme launched by the Group.
