 Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and leading Finance department that consists of 6 staff  Help to prepare, plan, organize and coordinate monthly and year-end close process. Review and monitor the yearly annual budget, including the monthly forecast of Profit & Lost and the actual financial report for the Group Preparing and coordinating monthly and quarterly finance related reports to the Group management Manage the cash conversation cycle in order to ensure cost efficiency as part of our business model, drive effective closing of books on a weekly basis and day-end reporting Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team Provide monthly reports comparing actual results with budgeted projections and writing budget variance notes. Support overall financial performance, and drive continuous improvement on the financial processes and systems to ensure business operations achieve their optimum Drive and achieve monthly KPIs for the business and team, constantly finetune and monitor business KPIs to ensure business objectives are met. Handling and managing the process of developing and reviewing budgets. Provide accurate cash-flow projections and support all day-to-day accounting functions.  Provide leadership and guidance in maximizing resources, using assets, and streamlining work processes Liaise with external and internal auditors and finalize audited reports Liaise with Company Secretary on various matters
