Assists in ensuring optimum stock availability by taking periodic counts; Advises management of slow-moving, out-of-stock, defective, and damage merchandise. Resolves customer complaints at the lowest level and informs management of barriers to meeting the optimal customer experience. Ensures required level of sanitation is maintained within the assigned working areas and assists in cleaning other areas as required. Assists in unloading, receiving, and storing food and expense supplies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
