Responsible for implementing and managing Ternium Brazil's asset monitoring center, enabling centralized monitoring of over 1000 high-criticality assets, involving acquisition and management of data from over 5000 process variables, resulting in over 200 hours of avoided maintenance downtime. Key activities include developing asset management strategy, implementing and standardizing tools for intelligent monitoring, such as using AI for anomaly detection, communication networks, and IoT solutions for field data integration and centralization. Cross-functional collaboration with operational, IT, maintenance, and automation areas in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.
