As a New Business Administrator at Ash Brokerage, this position serves as a starting point for every new life insurance application received. By processing each application in a timely, efficient manner, we support the case managers in expediting the application and issue process so that we can impact more lives. Duties Include: - Pre-scrubs all new life insurance applications - Based on age, face amount and individual carrier guidelines; orders initial requirements on behalf of the agent/broker - Locates any missing documents to keep the file in good order - Inputs file information into system - May create illustrations for agent consideration, or may seek input or refer request to Marketing Specialist. - Maintains awareness of new or modified product offerings and industry developments. - Establishes and maintains rapport to enhance working relationships Ash Brokerage’s team of more than 350 industry experts are committed to investigating, analyzing and comparing products and sales concepts to ensure the advisor has all the right solutions.
