For more than 10 years in the construction industry, I have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a degree in Civil Engineering from FAC.With extensive knowledge from project development to execution, I have worked in several areas of Construction Industry, managing medium and large works in the State of São Paulo as a Planning Engineer and Planning Manager.I have worked in several reliable companies in the field and currently develops the work of Management of:Planning:Elaboration of the WBS;Elaboration of Budget;Elaboration of Schedule;Project Compatibility.Execution:Financial/physical schedule;Quality management (ISO 9001)Management of stakeholders;Control of resources and requisitions.After all this period of development, today as a Consultant in Civil Engineering, I am sharing my experiences. And my pursuit is to use my knowledge to help sustainable urban development.
