More than 15 years of teaching experience as well as management of British schools for both adults and children.Before coming to Kyiv I was with Tesco FMCG as their HR Specialist in Training & Development - Communication Skills. After 2 years in that position I needed more of a challenge and came to Kyiv to develop a language and training service.I have delivered courses in Saudi Arabia to Arabian princes (literally) and traversed Oil and Gas companies in deepest Siberia, Russia, working in several countries inbetween. My specialist field is adult education and personal development: teacher, trainer, facilitator, coach, and course designer/consultant.Specialties: Training, teaching and school management; implementing staff training seminars/solutions, language/communication skills courses - training development in the Uk and internationally. I am also an experienced Director/Manager of Language schools in the UK and abroad where I have managed more than 40 staff and been responsible for 700 students over the last 6 years.
