During my military service, I was working as a quality assurance associate and inspector for the armed forces’ information systems institute. My responsibilities were to document all the issues I discover in the institute. After that, I wrote reports that were being shown to the manager in order to take actions to be solved. I interviewed lots of students and instructors to make sure that I get their feedback about the institute and help sort things out for them. I carried out surveys to receive feedback from students and took actions to help solve their problems. Also, I was responsible for translating English quality audit reports to Arabic.

I worked as a back-office customer support representative. I worked in the rider support team where we supported English tickets that Uber's riders send from Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and Morocco.

My responsibilities are to manage my team and give them tasks and make plans in order to help undergraduate students to reach their goal .. and increase their productivity... Also, I am working on this idea to make it bigger and more awesome .. also to help more students... Also, I make partnerships with student activities to help students to be better and raise their academic level.

I was making handmade paper out of my used paper, so I was recycling my used paper... also, I was buying supplies and materials for my handmade paper and I was talking to clients and showing them my work and I was printing on paper and making a new design using photoshop. I had a couple of clients that I worked with regularly.
