1. Responsible to provide training existing employees on Microsoft office package & computer fundamental. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);2. Design various computer training modules as per training need of the employees of different units3. Determine training curriculum and choose training methods;4. Establish training evaluation process by maintaining proper feedback and monitoring tools;5. Evaluate training objectives as per training need;6. Take post training performance report of the employees from respective department;7. Any other task assigned by the Management.
