Senior Asset Management Engineer
Current• Through the Asset Management Plan (AMP) development processes identify future investment requirements that address or mitigate identified performance or capacity shortfalls. In doing so, the remedial solutions will need to take the connectivity and capacity of the asset base into account.• Deliver accurate robust plans for long term (greater than five years) Operations and Maintenance requirements.• Carry out asset adoption risk reviews and investment analyses before formal handover of any assets to Framework Contractors from a third party.• Ensure all approved business planning rules are maintained and reflect operational procedures and policies.• Carry out a full inventory and risk review prior to the adoption, transfer and disposal of any Department assets.• Communicate the plan to key stakeholders within Drainage Department and take action to drive delivery of Services by the Framework Contractors• Provide asset performance and trend analysis. Track performance against the Drainage Department approved plan as appropriate, identifying areas of non-compliance by the contractors with proposed high-level solutions.• Analyze and interpret how existing and future legislation will have an impact on the performance and utilization of asset base. If appropriate identify investment needs• Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures in the workplace and comply with any new work instructions.
