The team leader is the planner and the manager for the whole team work either for managerial or the engineering of the project Responsibilities• Create the team structure• Identifying the environment in which the project team work• The clarification of goals and project objectives, followed by the formulation and coordination of a plan that enables these objectives to be attained in order to satisfy the needs of the project.• The creation of an information system to allow the exchange of relevant data both within the project team and stalk holders• Task scheduling according to the available resources timely mannered• Resource management involve the planning and organization of resources in conjunction with task scheduling in order to ensure that the required resources are available for each task at the required time.• Human resource management including project team, industry experts and consultants • Material resource management which is the raw materials required to for the manufacture and the physical resources which are required during manufacture.• Cost Estimation and Financial Control• Monitoring and evaluation, providing information and getting feedback on all aspects of the project.

Engine and Powertrain Head is the person who is responsible of the Engine over all performance by organizing the design steps of several systems (Intake Exhaust, Cooling,Drive-line and Electrical system) and planning how this systems will work together homogeneously.Supervising the work flow of manufacturing the designed parts.

Designing, manufacturing, and testing of both the intake and exhaust systems of a high performance racing vehicles.

FR-Committee Responsible For:1. Getting enough fund by sponsorship to cover the car manufacturing and all events budget.2. Making, upgrading, and modifying the benefit packs.3.
