• Accountable for the aggregate plan and delivery of systems, operations, properties & maintenance.• Ensure strategic objectives are translated into tactical business plans.• Create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints• Overlook all projects execution and follow-up on escalated cases /issues/questions of Project team to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.• Manage the operational running and continuous improvement of a Project Management Office, including best practices and any required resource recruitment and subsequent skills development activities based on business requirements.

• Establish priorities and budgets for each project• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. • Investigate, monitor and solve product's complaints• Review feasibility studies for new products and technology transfer and ensure that they meet customers and market requirement• Manages and directs the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products. • Develops and implements research and development procedures and techniques. • Oversees complex research projects, analyzes results and provides recommendations based on findings.

• Develop startup procedures, startup schedules, and site-specific startup documentation.• Place enquiries for materials, subcontract services and other specialist activities as are required to complete the tender and evaluate offers received for competency, compliance and value for money.• Attend and contribute at tender stage development meeting with clients.• Complete client pre-qualification and tender documentation as required.• At contract award attend and contribute to contract review meetings to ensure effective hand over into the contracts department.• Oversee the work of contractors in accordance with project requirements.• Review documents for parts, assemblies, or finished products.• Maintain technical project files.• Analyze existing development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.• Publish engineering reports documenting design details or qualification test results.• Provide consultation or training on topics such as mechatronics or automated control with respect to project to client and vendor/supplier.

• Responsible to receive all mechanical equipment that are delivered on site.• Coordinate between technical staff including site civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and architectural• Maintaining internal and external networks to be informed of new developments in the field.• Address questions and issues raised during construction.• Providing start-up assistance as required.
