As a kiosk operator i am responsible for managing and maintaining a battery charging station. This role involves overseeing the charging process of electric bike batteries, ensuring they are charged efficiently and safely. i also provide battery swapping services, exchange depleted batteries for fully charged ones. Additionally, i also provide the information about the functions and benefits of electric bikes to customers. Key duties include checking for and resolving electrical and mechanical issues with batteries, electric bikes, and charging stations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Excellent customer service and technical skills are essential in this role.
