Essential Responsibilities and Duties:• Develop new products and redesign existing products.• Generate Design Specifications for products after discussion with relevant stakeholders.• Create Test criteria for products in development according to their design specification.• Testing products in development.• Prepare and review design and production documentation.• Prototyping new designs both inhouse and outsourced (involves logistics and planning related to this also).• Plan, manage and oversee all elements of the production from procurement to shipping to the client.• Design / Create testing tools for production.• Communicate with vendors to obtain materials for prototyping as well as production.• Resolve product issues in development, in production and in-field by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.

• Working on Battery Management System (BMS), project named by ALP (AGM LITHIUM PARALLEL) controller, which can helps to synchronously/asynchronously charge and discharge up to 100A via smart SSD (Solid State Switch), of different battery chemistry in Telecom sector and send all relevant information to RMS (Remote Monitor System) via GPRS/Ethernet to help to reduce operational expenditure process. • Design SMPS and Power related circuit (SSD up to 100A), mixed signal/analog/digital circuits/circuit simulation tools like LTSPice, TINASpice etc. Involvement in different products manufacture in company, like GPRS gateway module, Ethernet gateway module, WiFi gateway module, AC power measurement module, DC power/ tenant metering module, Fuel monitoring system module, SNMP to Modbus converter.• Integration Different Rectifiers (ZTE, Beijing DPC, Vertiv, Enetek, Emerson, Delta, Huawei, Megmeet etc) /Power Meters/Power Analyzer/ Solar Inverters and all other modules which based on MODBUS, SNMP and other protocols and make their drivers file to upload on RMS (Remote Monitoring System).• Documented all design specifications & implementation details; rendered keen insight to accomplish project from scratch to final product major tasks including designing, verification, assembly, testing.• Built collaborative rapport with hardware, software and mechanical team ensure compliance with system designs, enclosures, interfaces, & protocols; also communicated with suppliers, sales, representatives, and manufacturers.

-Electronics engineers designs, research develops, adapts, installs, tests and maintains electronics components, circuits and system developing the way electricity is used to control equipment, design switch mode power supplies according to power requirements.-Circuit designing of LED Panel ,Led tubes,Flexible LED strip ,LED Circular Edge,LED Batten,High watts LED panels etc.-Designing electronic components, circuits and systems used for computer, communication and control systems, and other industrial applications.-Designing software, especially embedded software, to be used within such systems.-Developing apparatus and procedures to test electronic components, circuits and systems.-Supervising installation and commissioning of computer, communication and control systems, and ensuring proper control and protection methods.-Designing communications bearers based on wired, optical fiber and wireless communication media.-Designing and developing signal processing algorithms and implementing these through appropriate choice of hardware and software.-Plan, supervise and control the installation, modification, maintenance and repair. To review and prepare specifications/Bill of material of products.-To provide technical assistance for connection of all facilities and to provide technical recommendations.-DFM/DFA and DFT of developed products.-Testing LED luminaries according to IEC-62722-2-1 and IEC-60598-1 for safety to testing ACW,DCW,IR etc. as per as Class 1 and Class 2 products.
