- Desenvolvimento da funcionalidade de verificação de perfis conformados a frio, em conformidade com a norma ABNT NBR 15524-2:2007, no ambiente da interface do software SCIA Engineering. Essa implementação foi realizada utilizando a linguagem C Sharp e foi integrada aos módulos Open Design. O objetivo principal era automatizar as verificações e a geração de relatórios para colunas, longarinas e demais estruturas utilizadas em porta-paletes e sistemas de armazenagem fabricados pela Longa Industrial. Com a nova funcionalidade, o processo pode ser significativamente facilitado, tornando as análises mais ágeis e precisas.- Contribuição no orçamento/projeto de porta paletes, sistemas de armazenagem autoportantes, racks e transelevadores, garantindo a eficiência e a segurança dessas estruturas essenciais para operações de armazenagem e logística;- Utilização de software avançado de modelagem e análise estrutural (SCIA Engineer) para realizar análises sísmicas e determinar as melhores soluções de projeto para garantir a estabilidade e a integridade das estruturas sob condições sísmicas.- Colaboração estreita com equipes multidisciplinares, incluindo engenheiros e clientes, para garantir a integração adequada dos sistemas de armazenagem com as necessidades específicas de cada projeto;- Participação em estudos de viabilidade, dimensionamento estrutural, elaboração de desenhos técnicos e especificações de materiais para projetos de armazenagem e logística;

- Especialização no dimensionamento de terças metálicas em perfis de aço conformado a frio para orçamentos e projetos de cobertura de galpões industriais e comerciais, garantindo a eficiência estrutural e o cumprimento das normas técnicas aplicáveis;- Ampla experiência no dimensionamento de estruturas de galpões industriais e hipermercados, considerando os requisitos de carga, resistência e estabilidade das estruturas, bem como as necessidades específicas de cada projeto;- Realização de estudos e projetos de detalhamento de perfis Z conformados a frio para terças de grandes vãos, com vãos superiores a 10 metros, garantindo a segurança estrutural e a integridade das estruturas em diferentes tipos de edificações;- Utilização de software de modelagem e análise estrutural para garantir a eficiência e a segurança dos projetos desenvolvidos, bem como para auxiliar no processo de dimensionamento e detalhamento das estruturas metálicas;- Colaboração com arquitetos, clientes e outras partes interessadas para garantir a integração adequada das estruturas com o projeto geral, atendendo às expectativas do cliente e cumprindo prazos e orçamentos estabelecidos;- Familiaridade com as normas técnicas e regulamentos aplicáveis ao projeto e dimensionamento de estruturas metálicas, assegurando a conformidade e a qualidade dos trabalhos realizados.
