Project Name: Dar SumouArea: 104,776 m2Total Housing Units: 412 Villa📍 AL HAMDANIYA DISTRICTResponsibilities:1-Ensure (Civil & Architecture ) works are done as per the latest revision of the shop drawing.2-Review & edit the shop drawings and submit them to the consultant.3-Conduct Inspection for ( Civil & Architecture ) works and Submit WIR, MIR.4-Preparing Daily, Weekly Activity Reports. 5-Submitting the company profile, pre-qualifications, and data sheet, for the suppliers to the consultant to get the accreditation.6-Preparing Material Inspection Request.7-Control and Distribute Documents.8-Maintain Logs for Submittals.9-Coordinate with the site Engineer, architect, Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, Surveyor, foreman, and subcontractors.10-Monitor Tests for Concrete, Steel Reinforcement, and Soil with a 3rd-party Lab ( Concrete Compression test, Schmidt Hammer, Tensile test, FDT )11-Follow up and close the NCR reports.12-Updated and submitted project status for the consultant and the owner ( Sumou Real Estate Company ).13-Preparing interim payment certificates for subcontractors.
