Responsibilities include developing and managing contract programs, assessing project status, conducting risk analysis, and managing EOT claims. I also handle audits, SRA’s, ensure internal compliance, and train teams in project software use.Major projects include the Auckland Airport terminal expansion, Counties Manukau Hospital, Wellington Sludges project, and work with Auckland DHB/Starship Hospital, along with involvement in Early Contractor Involvement and various tenders.

Major projects involved are the GIB production facility in Tauranga, the Voco-Hie Hotel project, Tauhara Power plant project.

Project: Waikeria Prison Development PPP project. CPB Contractors is designing and constructing the new facility. The project value is 750 Million NZD and it is one of the largest greenfield projects in New Zealand.My Job roles involve: Planning and coordinating construction activities for designated areas. Managing and closing out all RFI's, QA/QC and closeouts, and Coordinating Council and consultant inspection and closeout.In addition, I am handling the role as a package manager for joinery and FF&E package for the project (27 buildings) coordinating to ensure all work requirements are met and implemented through drawings reviews and RDM closeouts. Also, coordinated the consent process for a while. Gained experience in precast, complex composite structure, and knowledge in planning large PPP projects.

Works were mostly Highend luxury residential/commercial works in a project management role.Job roles- Overseeing construction projects to ensure all project requirements are met while ensuring the process to be cost-efficient, as per the schedule, and meeting the required quality standards, acting as a single point of contact for all high-level matters, decisions making regarding material finalization, and commercial, contract management, budgeting, project co-ordinations, payments, protect management.

Al Hamriyah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

The project was Safari Mall Hypermarket at National Paints, Sharjah-UAE. The project spreads 750,000 Sqft and costs 165 Million NZD. Positioned as Project Engineer managing planning and contract-related activities at the site. Prepared and managed the Baseline Schedule and detailed program up to Lvl 5. Continues monitoring of the program, preparing catchup plans, lookaheads, tracking for contractual claims, risk identification, EOT, and other Claims management. Organized and managed weekly client review meetings and updations.Also managed contractural activities and cost control. Tracking productivity and MIS system to efficiently meet targets. Identify potential risks and find solutions. Submit progress bills in coordination with QS and site. Prepare and monitor financial targets to ensure proper cash flow.Achievement: Guinness World Record in doing the World’s largest continuous concrete pour as a part of doing the Raft and pile cap concrete work. I was in the lead role in achieving the feat of finding enough suppliers, labours and managing the process, final documentation and submissions and All coordination with Worley Parsons ( Consultants for Guinness). Together with planning/contractual duties managed my area ensuring works are executed as per program, ensuring Quality and H&S standards. Challenges: Complexities in managing a big commercial project from approvals, piling works with 1670 piles, underground raft works, sheet piling jobs, the heavy foundation works, managing a huge number of subcontractors and vendors and managing big sites within tight spaces.

Muscat Governorate, Oman

Project: Main contractor for Al Raha Village Project, (G +9,10 blocks, G +5,5 Blocks, Ancillary buildings, services, and road works. The project was 75,000 Sqm and cost 100 Million NZDStarted as a site engineer and was promoted to a Project engineer role. Initially handled 5 buildings in a site engineer role and then concentrated on the Planning and contractural part of the project. I prepared and managed Baseline programs for Client and Internal programs for monitoring, catch-up plans, and up to Lvl 5 programs for subbies as well. Manged contractual and cost control of the project ensuring proper cash flow and resource utilization.Achievement: Even with several roadblocks, completed 6 blocks as per the schedule and remaining block and ancillary structures as per the revised program. Lead the Value engineering exercise on the project in coordination with the design team and saved 800 Thousand OMR (3 Million NZD) in the project. Challenges: The project was a township development with multiple developments happening at the same time. Co-originating the sites, allocating resources, and scheduling the project was quite challenging. Services co-ordinations, CHW lines & Pump rooms, and STP installations were new experiences. I was handling all contractual communications, report submissions, QA close-outs, project program preparation, Billing, and material approvals.

IBIS City Centre - Kochi, India, IBIS-Novotel, ORR- BangaloreI was working as a planning engineer/project manager from the client side. Acting as the single point of contact in consent, design coordination, procurement and approvals from the site. Managed project program in coordination with HO planning manager. MIS management, prepare to look ahead programs, manage and coordinate for procurement from the site. Operate and maintain PMO office in co-coordination with Project Manager.

Kochi, Kerala, India

The project includes Multiple developments with G+24 Confident Capella Apartments and 12 Luxury villas and other annexure buildings, road works and amenities. Job role involved assisting the Site Manager in running the site, managing all QA, H&S and subcontractor management. Job role involved taking site measurements, preparing running bills and getting them approved to ensure Cash flow, taking combined measurements with sub contractors, checking sub contractor bills etc
