Security Officer
CurrentMy job role is retail security officer and I am working at various stores ,including Apple, Uniqlo, River Island and AllSaints stores etc, in United Kingdom. I am performing various duties, including but not limited to:• Communicate and/or document any security-related or safety-related incidents.• Perform customer service functions as directed by Store Leadership team.• Secure and monitor ingress and egress for the Store• When approached by customers for information, guide them to the next available member of staff• Respond to safety and emergency-related incidents• Formally report security-related or safety-related incidents, directly to Interr Management and Store Management/Retail Loss Prevention, in accordance with the approved procedures.• Monitor and provide security for limited and unauthorized access location(s) at the Store• Provide visible deterrence against theft and store disruption
