Lakeside Energy Limited, a 50MW wind Power Plant located in Jhimpir Wind Corridor Sindh, Pakistan.Responsibilities:- Ensure Compliance with FMO, IFC, NEPRA, SEPA, EHS and Social Requirements.- Implementing ESMS (Environmental and Social Management System) plans.- Ensure compliance with (OHS) standards as per (ESMS) parameters.- Ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards and lenders' requirements.- Planning and Implementing all EHSS activities in coordination with GM Operations.- Ensure compliance with all requirements set forth by the (SEPA).- Document and review compliance status through regular SEPA audits and reports.- Ensure compliance with NEPRA regulations and monthly & annual reporting requirements, submitting all reports on time and maintaining a flawless compliance record.- Ensure all the O&M activities are implemented in accordance with the legislation and corporate E&S policies.- Observance, reporting and correction of unsafe-acts, unsafe conditions during day to day O&M activities and annual maintenance of plant.- Prepare, share & follow-up on observation and audit reports with O&M contractors.- Reporting of all incidents and participation in incident investigations.- Ensure the implementation of PTW & LOTO Procedure during plant activities.- Delivering various E&S trainings for team, community and O&M contractors.- Conducting RCA of incidents, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and providing valuable feedback to overcome in future.- Ensuring the best practices of Firefighting and Emergency drills at Plant.- Ensuring and maintaining various inspection checklists in coordination with O&M contractors.- Conducting internal audits e.g. Management Safety Audits and safety inspections on regular basis.- Assisting IMC to carry out periodic EHSS audits.- Weekly, Monthly and as required meetings with Lenders, Stakeholders, O&M team and O&M contractor in relation to EHSS.- EHSS related documentation (weekly & monthly reports).

Project: Sukkur Barrage Rehabilitation and Modernization Project, SBIP/S1.Financed By: The World Bank Group.Responsibilties:• Evaluate and monitor workplace conditions for health and safety hazards/risks.• Implement company safety policies and procedures to ensure zero harm to people, machines, and the environment.• Inspect project sites to ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety regulations, codes, and guidelines.• Carry out TBT and Training sessions with relevant stakeholders.• Oversee compliance with SEPA guidelines.• Intervene to stop any acts or processes that are unsafe or do not comply with HSE policies and guidelines.• Document reports of occurrences and record statistical information. Implement preventive measures to ensure unsafe processes are not repeated.• Implement workplace health and safety programs, emergency response handling, fire safety and prevention, loss control, hazardous chemicals/materials handling, building safety, electrical safety, noise pollution reduction, and environmental protection.• Ensure compliance with safety management plan requirements.• Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.• Develop and implement controls to mitigate HSE hazards and risks.• Investigate HSE incidents and accidents.• Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.• Maintain compliance with all HSE regulations and standards.

Project: Construction of new BOPP Production Line.Responsibilities:o Evaluate and monitor workplace conditions with respect to health and safety hazards/risks and implement Co.'s Safety Policies & Procedures to ensure zero harm to man, machine & environment.o Inspect project site to ensure compliance to applicable workplace safety regulations, codes and guidelines.o Implement Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA) training programs for project staff and stakeholders in liaison with Co.'s safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Dept.o Carry out the training sessions with relevant stakeholders.o Oversee the compliance of SEPA guidelines.o Intervene/stop any acts or processes which are unsafe or do not comply with SHE policies and guidelines.o Document reports of occurrences and record statistical information on Co.'s SHEQ software and implement preventative measures to ensure unsafe processes are not repeatedo Implementing workplace health & safety programs, emergency response handling, fire safety and prevention, loss control, hazardous chemicals/materials handling, building, electrical, noise pollution and environmental protection.o Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.
