• Monthly Stores Checks to ensure the quality parameters of the product on shelf.Internal Auditing & ensure control of non-conformances & resolve the issues through CAPA.
• To investigate & provide feedback against product recall & quality complaints.

• Job Responsibilities:
• To manage the production of house hold products of recognized brands of global companies like Reckitt Benckiser and SC Johnson.
• To ensure that the production is cost effective by developing montly yields and inventory reports.
• To lead the Site’s Project Development Team for Reckitt Benckiser Toilet Cleaners, Bathroom Cleaners, Bleach and Liquid Blue..
• To calculate risk assessments with the coordination of HSE Team and organize training workshops for production team about health, safety and environmental standards and implementation of EMS 2030 Environmental.

• Major Responsibilities:
• To supervise the Production of chemical compound Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), monitor plant performance and maintain optimal operating conditions at all times.
• To ensure the Permit-to-work system and liaison with other departments to conduct maintenance activities in view of HSE guidelines
• Supervise the operation of Production with DCS and PLC operating systems controlling the Hydrogenation reactor, oxidation reactor and Distillation Column.
• To supervise the Utility section including Reverse Osmosis Unit, De-mineralized Water Unit, Cooling Tower, Instrument Air unit and Chillers.
