• Responding to Preventive & breakdown Maintenance, assessing and monitoring plant performance on an on-going basis.• Co-ordinates and manage project / activities and operations, planning and execution in design and fabrication.• Utilizing and applying safe system of working and proactively seek opportunities of improving work environment.• Managing materials, component and spare parts required by the plant equipment and liaise with suppliers for regular inventory update.• Develop procurement packages and solicits bids from its network of qualified equipment, machinery, and materials suppliers, fabricators, construction and repair contractors.• Placed Orders, work scheduled and expedited as necessary.• Provide plant operations and maintenance support services which include remote operations monitoring, operational audits, maintenance procedures audits, plant turnarounds, retraining, and other assistance to facilitate ongoing satisfactory plant operation and performance• Maintain efficient logistics for effective product delivery to prospective customer in a timely manner. . Conducting research and preparation of engineering design concept with supporting analyses for potential new products.
