A:-2800 MW Steam Power Plant Shuqaiq Jizan Saudi Arabia Client:SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY Consultant:PYORY SAUDI ARABIA Responsibilities:• Installation of Auxiliary Transformer of 13.8/4.16 KV, 8 MVA and 13.8/0.48 kv , ONAN WESCOSA Transformer adjacent to unit Electrical building(UEB).• Installation of common Auxiliary Transformer (CAT) of 26kv/13.8 KV, 70 MVA ONAN/ONAF and unit Auxiliary Transformer (UAT) of 26kv/13.8 Kv,70 MVA,ONAN/ONAF transformer.• Earthing and grounding of Transformer body by 120 mm2 Y/G cable, gratings, firefighting support channels• Installation of VSD (variable speed drive) Transformer.• Installation of MCC panels, MV & LV SWGR panels.• Submitting RFI and single line diagram of required location to consultant and passes the inspection.• Clearing of punch list in UEB, Common SWGR, FGD electrical building, Boiler Electrical building(BEB), EP and Ash electrical building, GIS 380 KV building, STG building etc. and rearrange inspection for punch clearing.• Worked on PMIS (plant management information system SEC software), plant Peros and plant control system (PCS) of Hyundai heavy industries.

Erection of 33 kV,10 MVAR,3 phase air core reactors capacitor bank.15. Installation of RMU (Ring main unit)16. Daily(DPR)/Monthly report to client, company management.18.Submission of weekly activity plan to client and company project Manager.19. Submission of RFI to client and company management.21. As a site Manager, responsible for manpower management.22. Termination of power cables, control cables in 33 kv switchgear,13.8 kv switchgear and control panel.23. MV/LV cable pulling of 1x1000 sqmm,1x630 sqmm,2x10 sqmm,4x6 sqmm from control room to switchgear, from power Transformer to 33 Kv switchgear, from 13.8 KV to 20 MVA power transformers etc.24. Installation of 125V DC pannels and 230V AC panels.25.Supervision on dressing, Termination, bus bar coupling, cables/glands grounding inside panels.26. Installation of flat copper bar for earthing.
