KEY WORKING AREA :- Analysis shift wise OEE report, machine performance report, production target and follow up the shift wise target based on WIP. - To ensure the monthly operation and rejection record analysis, material consumption, machine parts consumption record, stock taking of materials at every month.- Implement the 5 S, 5 WHY, OEE, TPM, TQM activities and safety first system in the production floor and reduce variable cost like spare parts, power cost, steam consumption cost, fuel cost etc.- Expertise in poultry plant, aqua plant ( Floating, sinking, oil coated),Shrimp feed, cattle feed, layer feed, and full fat extruder plant.- To ensure the proper working SOP and quality control measures are followed in the production process.- To lead the team to achieve the objectives and to face internal and external audit.
