Neom School 1,2 & NEOM Command and Control Centre.Responsible for all electrical inspection related to installation, testing and commissioning• Closely monitors and ensures that PQP is effectively implemented. Takes Immediate actions to address qualityissues.• Analyzed daily progress data collected by QA/QC field representatives.• Preparing of PQP, QCP and review MOS, MR.• Coordination with other disciplines for smooth progress and to avoid any Issues concern identified andrecorded NCR.• Follow up typical inspection plan to complete the inspections for surveillance, witness hold points activities.• Issuance of INCR’s and follows up for corrective action and closure.• Preparing ITP’s and Method of statements according to international standards• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical and ICT installations• To conduct inspection for all electrical & ICT material deliveries• To attend all electrical and ICT inspection with client/contractor representatives• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site engineers• Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspection, material, nonconformance report etc.• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approval and compliance with (SAES) projectrequirements• Ensure that all the equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificate

Installation inspection of electrical cable tray, conduits for power cables layout• Inspection of cable pulling, termination and tagging• Installation Inspection of MV/LV panel boards, switch boards, conduits, junction box fittings etc.• Testing and commissioning of lighting protection system• Transformer and Ring main unit installation and testing inspection• Equipment enclosures inspection• Installation in Hazardous areasResponsible for all electrical inspection related to installation, testing and commissioning• Illumination test of lighting fixtures• Polarity test for power outlets• Continuity test for wire & cables• Insulation resistance test for wire and cables• Preparing ITP’s and Method of statements according to international standards• Trip test, IR test and contact resistance test• Earth resistance test Solo run test• Turn ratio test• Winding resistance test• Mandrel test• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations• To conduct inspection for all electrical material deliveries• To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site engineers• Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspection, material, non conformance report etc.• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approval and compliance with (SAES) projectrequirementsPrepare quality control check sheets for each equipment’s unit installed including tray work conduit wiring,termination impulse tubing and panel board and ensure that they confirm to the required code specification.• Prepare Non-conformance against the findings of violation.• QC Inspection for Instrument System as per inspection & test plan, project specification, national Electrical code.• Inspection of cable drums for their physical appearance, on reel meggering and continuity testing of cables.

• Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant objectiveProofs, ensuring supervision and coordination of quality control activities onElectrical/instrumentation equipment/systems construction and installation activities.• Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, checkProcedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documentsCertifying tests, controls and inspections.• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installationActivities on site.• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC SupervisorNon-conformances reports.• Preparation of ITP & Check Lists as per project requirement.• Prepare Loop Folders for Instruments (PIT, TIT, FIT, MOV, etc.).• Performs all relevant loop checks.• Updates as built drawings.• Performs punch-listing operations.Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.• Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.• Attending weekly QA/QC meetings and provide necessary recommendations to maintain theQuality of the work & material receiving, preservation and handling.• Checks cable laying and cable identification.• Inspection of Installation of Cable, cable tray, Electrical Equipment and Grounding System, etc.• Inspection of Electrical and Instrumentation Installation, testing to commissioning.• Inspection of installation of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU).• Inspection and witness Pre-Loop Checking and Final Loop Checking of Instruments (PIT, TIT, FIT,MOV).• Inspection and witness the Commissioning Process of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU).• Inspection of installation, commissioning of Permanent Down Hole Monitoring System(PDHMS).• Inspection of Insulation Resistance Test and Continuity Test of Electrical and Instrument cables.
