Responsible and managing Budget Management and total investment costs including project development, IPP, PPA and EPC, due diligence and financing with net present value (NPV), and ROI as per Solar Power Plant, PV-BESS Generation, Levered Returns, and Financial Management with Projected Financial Statements. Revenue Model: of PPA, Project Metrics of relevance to Project Finance and Financial Feasibility analysis such as total profits, investment multiples, IRRs for Unlevered and Levered Returns, Financial Management with projected Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement) for a period of 30 plus years forward with Operations and Maintenance Cost Management. Developing IPP-PPA agreements as demonstrated the competency on multi-functional scope with (Financial, Technical & Legal etc.) terms. Budget & Financial Management with Technical (engineering) considerations of Large-scale (MWp) EPC, IPP-PPA Power & Renewable Energy Projects (PV On grid Utility Scale, PV-BESS, Substations Power Projects.1.Design review with the EPC Contractor & ensuring Electric Smart Grid, PV-BESS design as per approved international standards. 2.Monitoring & inspection of execution & witnessing commissioning tests of electrical systems with contractor for standardization and quality work. 3.Responsible and carryout the In-house Power & Renewable Energy Design Cell for detailed engineering designs are implementing according to the IEC Standards…etc. 7. Worked in IEC Standards with different Renewable Energy Projects including Aramco PV Project 10.5MW, and Aflaj Layla 10MW,. Other then that I worked in Solar PV Projects up to 860MW since 2015 to 2019 in Africa and Asia and all Projects have been constructed according to the IEC Standards.

Appointed as a "Projects Manager (Solar PV)" and was responsible for Al Gihaz Solar PV "ARAMCO" and other "Large Scale Solar Projects" in the Kingdom.Responsible for development of a site identification and selection process for prospective projects/assets to be included into the project portfolio. My Role:Worked as “CCO Chief Commercial Officer ” EPC EMS Solar Energy Telecom Industry Projects. It’s a Key Role of the EPC Projects Development & Project Management as responsible for entire designs and execution of EPC-EMS Solar Projects to Telecom Industry. The role involved in supporting the Project Manager in planning, technical support, as well as directly involved and supervision to the EPC process solar PV projects as designed & executed Solar EMS System for Mobile Cellular Telecom Company(s). This position worked at EPC Project sites and the company office(s). I have directly supported & managed the health and safety, quality control, design review, estimating and budget preparation, purchasing and contract administration, and construction management. The Position reports to the Director / CEO of Company.
