Supervise all kind of civil works/activities (structural & Architectural works) with respect to the approved shopdrawings, method statements, materials & project specifications. Responsible for executions & manage all concreting works on Grade or in Viaduct in the particular area ofproject. Supervise all finishing works like block, plaster, paint, tile works, false ceiling etc. Perform regular site surveys to ensure that execution of the work is according to the project plan Arrange equipment and materials at site to avoid any delay in progress. Supervision for Frame structure form Work, Steel Work, and Concrete Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes to ensure the safety measures. Prepared reports for the submission work carried as per the construction plans and drawings. Attend the site progress meetings to resolve site issues & enhance work progress at site. Maintained the punch list and inspected the close out of the project in accordance to the same. Coordinated with the subcontractor’s Engineer to complete all work in given time frame. Prepare concrete pouring reports. Responsible to prepare concrete curing reports. Ensure and plan the estimated time and resources for achieving the target. Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors. Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems. Setting out sites.
