Roles & Responsibilities:-•Preparation of MAT, MST, ITPs, Quality Procedure, Quality Training as per project specification and applicable codes.•Preparation of SAM, MIRs, WIR, Inspection Notification and IAP with all necessary attachments as per NEOM requirements •Conducting MIRs and WIRs as per project requirement.•Maintaining logs of all documents like WIR, MIR, MAT, MST, ITPs and equipment and devices Calibration.•Conduct internal material inspection upon delivery as per project specification and approved MAT.•Conducting quality training, SIR, In-house Inspections, and testing as per specification and drawing• Ensure that all materials delivered on-site are as per approved documents and standards.• Arranging Third Party Inspection for C2 and C3 materials.•Rising SOR, INCR and Work to close NCR•Daily site supervision, monitoring, and inspection for ongoing activities.• Conducts regular inspections of the construction activities to identify deviations/non-conformances at an early stage of the activity.•Coordinates with client’s engineers/inspectors during joint inspection of all Mechanical works•Monitors the rectification and closure of punch list items of the project.•Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.• Conduct testing and commissioning inspection as per Approved ITPs, gathering data, and compiling reports

It includes the practical learning of HVAC system operation and maintenance e.g Chiller, AHU, FCUs, VRVs, Pump systems, laminar flow ducting and other ducts to ensure integrity, high availability, maximum performance and efficiency.

During my two-week internship at an HVAC plant, I learned about different air conditioning systems like Chillers, AHU, and VRF. As a mechanical engineer, I gained knowledge and hands-on experience in operating VRF and water-cooled chillers. I also utilized HAP software for cooling load calculations and AutoCAD for HVAC drafting. This internship enhanced my understanding of HVAC systems and their associated software tools.
