• Team management and work distribution • Site management and handling the work as per specifications and drawings and method statement• Directing the site team about future activities & ensuring that all staff and subcontractors are aware of the site plan• Official correspondences • Quality assurance and supervision of all civil & MEP work at the project • To ensure the implementation of HSE measures at site • Evaluating Tender document from drawings, documents & schedules • Liaise with client, Consultant, contractor and local authorities • Preparation of technical Progress reports• Preparation of Daily and weekly reports • Preparation of RFA & Other Documentations• Verification of subcontractor bills
