To oversee and direct the establishment of this newly founded organization by providing consultation, gaudiness, and directing services, to meet the shareholders goals. That includes Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

SUMOU is one of the well-known real-estate developing companies in Saudi Arabia. The high vision of the company leaded to starting a number of mega projects. My role beside being the owner representative, is managing the team of the projects management, project supervisors, contractors to make sure that the goals are to be achieved within the planned time, with the desired quality, and budget, which all must be according to the standardized project management methods and practices. One of those projects which SUMOU is executing know “Bawabat Makkah” is a visionary new city to be built on the western edge of the Makkah Holy Region straddling the Heal boundary line along Jeddah – Makkah Highway. The area of the City covers approximately 110 square kilometers of land and will house an estimated population of approximately 700,000 people.

MOC is a construction company with almost 45 years of experience, and a part ALOTHMAN HOLDING GROUP, which consist of another 42 companies. My duties and responsibilities are, and not limited to :- Oversees the company’s operations by overseeing a team of project managers/supervisors/lead technicians and directs the day to day project operations of the company.- Develop daily/weekly/quarterly operational plans, project schedules and goals that achieve overall operational efficiency. Responsible for directing the day to day activities of project managers / subordinates to attain project milestones and goals, while meeting or exceeding delivery schedules and budgets. Direct daily company activities to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel.- Lead and mentor Project Management "PM" staff and support teams. Supervise the hiring/ project staffing and the development and retention of project teams. Work with Project Managers, Project leads and other subordinates to set performance goals, develop job skills and coordinate/schedule training. Review the work of the Senior PM and PM assigned to project(s). Foster strong teamwork alignment and be a resource for valuing and promoting diversity. Trains and develops project personnel. Works with senior level management to review personnel actions.- Financial oversight- Business Ethics, Safety and Government Compliance: Enforces compliance of personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.- Demonstrates Character: Demonstrate business operations and project leadership; exemplifying our code of ethics and promote a respectful environment for all team members.

Since PMU is rapidly expanding organization by nature in term of projects which its department is one of the most important and strategic departments under my administration, with a total cost of almost one billion Saudi Riyals for all projects (To-be closed, To-be started, Under planning), a full supervision and development for the work of this department is conducted by myself. That is along with the frequent seeking and adopting for the latest tools and technologies which helps in planning, supervising and executing those projects within the specified time and budget if not saving it. Generally, the instantaneous necessity of this stage as of PMU is transforming from a project into an operational organization stresses on the fact that consolidating those departments and assuring the smoothens of their operation is an essential need. As a result of that providing things such as the needed policies, procedures, supervision techniques i also have conducted more than (1200) recruitment interviews in both Philippine and India for staffing my departments in PM. On the other hand a proper latest IT tools for each department are under my main line of responsibilities, and it is under the vision of full Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ).One of my main duties and responsibilities is establishing, developing, and supervising theoperation of the following departments:o Projects department.o Operation and maintenance department.o QA/QC department.o Landscaping department.􀂃 Information Technology (IT) department.􀂃 Security and safety department.􀂃 Auxiliary Services department.􀂃 Housing and Office Services department.

• Completing a technical assessment and analysis of the security and safety department including a dissection of the to-be status and remedial actions from a variety of perspectives• Producing a targeted scope of work for the company to establish direction and rebuild the department with improved strategic planning and management plans• Implementing new accident and emergency reporting procedures and systems, evaluating and establishing new equipment and systems as required• Identifying and analysing the technical requirements of the department across safety and mechanical aspects for all locations, ensuring all adhere to international safety codes

• Establishing safety systems through conducting Hazan analysis, definition and testing• Implementing new safety procedures to identify safe practices and precautions, ensuring all appropriate regulations are adhered to including OSHA and ANSI across all departments including chemical and radiological laboratories• Ensuring the availability of all safety equipment including smoke detectors and fire extinguishers• Planning and delivering a variety of training courses on evacuation and procedures in case of emergency
