Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets meet while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards. Managing and leading a team of production supervisors and operators, providing technical guidance and support, and developing and implementing production plans and schedules. Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and collaboration with other departments to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all production equipment is in good working order, and plan and execute maintenance activities as needed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Safety is always a top priority, and I ensure that all production activities should be conduct in compliance with safety standards and regulations, and that all workers should be trained and equipped with the necessary safety equipment and procedures.I managed inventory levels and procurement of raw materials, and worked closely with the logistics team to ensure that raw materials were available as needed to support production schedules.I provide regular reports on production performance and KPIs to senior management, and collaborated with other departments to resolve any issues that arose in a timely and effective manner.Through my leadership and management skills, I successfully contributed to the achievement of production targets, and played a key role in ensuring that the Steel Melt Shop operated at peak efficiency and profitability.
