Field Service Engineer
Current• Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of almost 250+ Agfa's CR, DR Systems, Printers, PACS Software, DRGEM's X-Ray Machine, DR and NMI DR System on customer site.• Job includes Site Surveys, Site Planning, Site Supervision, Site Coordination with Labors and Technicians related to Project site. • Examined Faulty Equipment, Interpreted Detailed Technical Reports and Analyzed Customer Complaints to Diagnose Equipment Malfunction. • Making of Descriptive Engineering Technical Submittal which includes, reply of Technical Queries, Technical Detailed Literature of offered Proposal for the approval of Project from Client.• Delivering Written and Verbal Presentations to an Organization's Leadership to Communicate Key Findings and Updates on Clients Queries and Business Growth.• Communicating with Internal and External Stakeholders and Conducting Interviews as Necessary to Understand Current Practices and Determine Possible Areas for Improvement.• Analyzed Corporate Business Processes to develop Customized Solutions to reduce Costs, increase Revenue and maximize Profit.• Job includes Correspondence between Vendors, Clients, Principal (AGFA Germany, NMI Korea and DRTECH).
