In-charge of Quality Management of the Project at Lusail and nightshift team of about 8 QA/QC engineers

Prepare Inspection Request of activities to be presented to Consultant on everyday basis. Inspection of work if completed & done prior to consultants inspection. Prepare method statements and ITP’s Updates progress reports for weekly submissions Attend progress meetings

Preparation of project Quality Plan- Preparation of ITP’s & RFI’s- Preparation of Method of works and statements- Prepare Material insptn report & records of all incoming materials if in conformance with specs- Inspection of work activities (1600mm dia.,1200mm,800mm,600mm D.I. pipe laying, AV & WO chambers, Pump Station building constn & asphalt roadways, pressure test, etc.) to present to consultants that drawings and specifications are met and addressed.- Coordinate with construction dept., sub-contractors regarding everyday activities to ensure that all project management methodology, specifications and other related issues are addressed and implemented accordingly in the construction of the Pump Station and pipelines installation.- Issue site notes and NCR to construction dept and subcontractor of non complying activities - Directly report to the Project Manager - Closely monitor pipe installation especially on pipeline bends, to follow standard bends to avoid leakage occurring.- Oversee the quality aspect not only of civil works but of the whole project- In charge of as-built team and coordinate with ASGHAL DRAINAGE AFFAIRS O&M Dept (asset affairs)- Review all changes as per site condition and to be reflected on the as built drawings- submittal of the Projects Pumpstation O&M Manuals & as built/pipelines asbuilt-submittals of spare materials to ASGHAL warehouse for keeping
