-Review, communicate and implement the Project Quality Plan on site.-Develop checklists and inspection test plans for site works.-Review work procedures and material technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the contract's quality requirements and the implemented quality system.-Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), when necessary, and communicate quality noncompliance issues to the Project Manager.-Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to stop further recurrence.-Ensure all NCRs are adequately monitored and concerns dealt with effectively and in a timely fashion.-Manage the Site QA/QC Teams.-Coordinate with material testing laboratory for the material testing in accordance to the project requirements-Participate in regular site meetings with the Client and the Client's Representative.-Define applicable Client's requirements to Suppliers and Subcontractors.-Ensure Suppliers and Subcontractors meet the project specified quality requirements.-Manage the quality inspection process of work and materials on site.-Ensure quality records are correctly maintained on site.-Prepare and follow up on quality related snags during hand over.-Implement the Company Quality Management System.-Provide assistance to external agency representatives and coordinate with them during external audits, surveillance visits and re-certification audits.-Implement the Company established quality programmes to achieve the set quality objectives and targets.-Manage and facilitate the follow up process on site related actions highlighted in management review meetings.-Identify training needs and arrange appropriate training on site for various site staff

- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from Factory by Confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests & rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.- Submitting MIR against all received material and following the MIR status, and updating PM & QC Manager for the status.- Checking the storage area sizes & environment and assuring the conformity to the nature of joinery material at site- Monitoring the shifting methods from storage area to installation location.- Monitoring the installation process to assure the quality of material during and after installation e.g. avoiding workers to use some of installation methods that might damage the quality of product, e.g. using of hammers, or moving the product in a risky way, or leaving the product after work in un protected areas, un-installing the protection after installation- Checking and approves the quality of finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests & returning products for re-work & confirming re-work.- Submitting the WIR to consultant, and liaising with the consultant to do joint inspection for all completed work- Highlighting consultant comments and raising a report to QC manager and project manager for any rectification required- Following all snagging & D-Snagging works during handing over- Assuring the handing over to be implemented and finished on time.- Submitting report for any delays happening in handing over.- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
