(i) Successful Tender :8 Nos Govt Project, Example- BC Road, R.C.C Road.(ii) Responsibilities:(a)Sourcing of Suppliers, Manufactures and Buyers of different Products/Item from different country.(b) Sourcing rate/quotation & collect sample from Suppliers, Manufactures.(c) Prepare all documents for Bids/Tenders and successfully submit tenders (Offline & Online).(d) Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, equipment`s needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding.(e) Ability to search and find Tenders & Projects/Opportunities in Government organization through e-GP Portal, CPTU etc.(f) Monitor the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, Pre-bid, Pre-bid amendment Tender submission date etc.) in the any selected tender.(g) Ability to Read quickly, understands thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management discussions and Go/No Go decision making.(h) Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.(i) Draft Bank guarantee (BID Bond/PG/Performance Security), Letter of Credit Commitment /Facilities and bill assignment documents.

(i) Successful Tender :5 Nos Multi-Storied Building, Example-Building with Basement, PWD/LGED Building, CPA Building.(ii) Responsibilities:(a) Business development in Tendering Department.(b) e-GP & Manual tender documents preparation and submission.(c) Bank related document preparation for Tender.(d) Govt. Office communication.(e) Joint Venture (JV) Agreement, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Understanding,Consortium Agreement and other documents.

(i) Successful Tender :5 Nos School Building under EGCB , r-PAC Bangladesh, UNICEF & LGED Road Project(ii) Responsibilities:(a) Studies, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates.(b) Enquirers, consults and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/ technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings.(c) Tender documents preparation and submission.
