Effective implementation of the projects through timely provision of inputs, and planning, contract compliance in conformity with project strategies, programming guidelines and administrative and financial procedures of funding agency• To Lead project implementation from planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and closing phase not limited to coordination of functions of planning , procurement and contract management• To Ensure that all initiatives designed and implemented are in line with the program strategy, programming framework and performance standards and contribute to achieving the objectives as per the legal and contractual documents• Effective liaison and coordination with other agencies and actors and related programmes and projects, to share information, identify synergies and programme activities suitable for sustainable development• To Ensure and coordinate provision of high-quality technical advice, building of partnerships and mobilize resources for the project• To Bear full responsibility for projects performance: project scope and changes, project risks spot and mitigation, project plan, project execution control, project status reporting, project handover after completion• To ensure continuous review of projects’ implementation strategies as well as provide guidance and suggest corrective measures and actions to be taken as necessary• Managing the budgets of Projects, financial forecasting and risk management• Promote teamwork, information sharing and collaboration within the Project Team and between the Project Team and the Project Partners• To Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the current guidelines and project management tools and utilizes these regularly in work assignments
