Responsible for Installation, Commissioning, Testing & O&M of Pneumatic Tube Systems (Schumetzberger Austria).Plan, implement, install, operate and maintain system’s hardware, software applications and Information Technology infrastructure.Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all O&M related works prior to execution.Interprets relative drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications, prior to execution of any jobs like CMs or PPMs. Assign targets to O&M team for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis.Complex Faults Tracing and Troubleshooting whenever needed.Prepare & Submits site Weekly/Monthly reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable O&M reports on regular basis to the client.Making monthly Backup for the system data as a record. Remote troubleshooting for system optimization.Supports my Senior Projects Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the O&M at different on-going sites.

• • Act as site representative on all matters related to electrical/F.O works. • Full awareness of project specifications and requirements related to electrical/F.O works. • Monitor contractor’s electrical/F.O works to ensure compliance with specifications, plans and drawings. • Review material approval submittals, method statements, drawings, etc. and provide recommendations to Resident Engineer for final review and approval. • Liaise with client representatives, contractors, site engineers and sub-contractors on issues related to the review and approval of method statements, drawings and other technical documents related to electrical/F.O works. • Responsible & Supervise the installation, testing and labeling for Fiber optic cables in RFTS projects for SEC/NG substations at all over KSA. • Supervising installation activities, connections & laying (Networking) amongst different panels according to the layout/Schedule of the fiber optic cables & RJ45 for SAS & Bus-bar panels in SEC/NG substations. • Responsible for the testing (Insertion Loss test & OTDR tests) and commissioning. • Review results of inspection and tests to ensure compliance to project specification • Attend coordination meetings with project team, client, contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders to maintain high quality workmanship & minimize reworks and reject. • Maintain & observe every phase of work to ensure safety & quality.

• To ensure the interruption free service to the existing customer and service provisioning against the registered service orders. • Provide technical/backend support to technical field staff. • Manage Broadband fault and troubleshooting and make recommendation for future improvement and develop best practices. • Work with Broadband clients to grow revenue, and support adoption of strategic MMBB goals and initiatives. • Proactively analyze the business requirements for MM&BB products and report to the management for effective measures. • Assist the manager in competitor analysis & evaluation of customer service requirements. • Provide customer support as may be required in certain cases. • Deal with the issues the teams are facing and redress to their problems. • Coordinate and escalate team issues to the management.• Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of all kinds of Broadband ADSL Routers. • Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of IPTV (PTCL Smart TV) • Identify analysis, reports and responds to technical issues in Networks. • Complete knowledge of PTCL BNCC Data Base. • Working on BNCC for new subscriber numbers authentication and distribution. • Worked virtually on DSLAM.
