• Compiling work Progress report of Meltshop Project and updating senior management about project progress daily.• Items Demand raising through SAP B1.• Maintaining contracts files of International and National Companies. • PO raising through SAP B1.• Preparation of master Work Plan with Senior management.• Assigning tasks to site engineers as per Master Work Plan.• Collecting work progress report from site engineers daily.• Attending meetings with senior management about project RFQs and details with different foreign companies.• Visiting senior management including chairman and CEO to sites and briefing them about project progress.
