• Responsible for the bid preparation for Remediation Projects including processing queries, preparation of bid evaluation programme, negotiation at award of execution contracts. • Overseeing the post-award activities including conducting kick-off meetings, and coordinating all contract submittal and correspondence. • Maintenance of real-time contract document logs, achieving an up-to-date status necessary for accurate project documentation. • Administration of project delay logs, leading to a significant increase in accurate scheduling and successful Time Extension claims. • Issuance of Request for Quotations with precision and following up with Trade Contractors, resulting in a positive response rate.• Responsible for the field execution contract close out including final account documentation.• To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents.• Coordinating within the company departments regarding the interpretation of contract terms and conditions.• Coordination with related disciplines with regards to tender documents preparation.• Preparation, compilation and issuance of tender documents.• Utilizing the CPM techniques to successfully update project schedules, optimizing project timelines and improving delay notification functionality.• Generating comprehensive change management reports and cost estimates, aiding informed decision-making and cost control.• Collaboration with the finance department to provide guarantees and supported project finances.• Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document to delineate critical terms and obligations.
