1) Managing the Youth Projects Support Program “Behmmtekum/ Start-ups”, which aims to support young people in all governorates of the Kingdom to transform their creative ideas into productive projects.2)

1) Develop and Execute Export Support programs for both of "Export-Ready" and "Export for the 1st Time" SMEs. Technical and Grant Financial Support were provided to 57 Manufacturing Companies with a value of 3+ Million JDs in the 1st three rounds of the program.2) Developing SMEs E-Commerce Exports through Virtual Marketplaces (VMPs) such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Around 350+ Thousand Euros were provided to 30 SMEs as financial grant and technical support.3) Leading the membership and managing the activities of Jordan Business Cooperation Center composed from JEDCO, The Higher Council for Science and Technology and Amman Chamber of Industry in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) to offer 50+ Jordanian SMEs access to the European market and to help SMEs engage in successful partnering processes in Business/ Commercial collaboration and in Innovation and Technology Transfer with their counterparts from the EU.4) Managing the National Linkage Program which aims to replace imported products by locally manufactured ones. The program aimed to provide Technical and Grant Financial support for 5 SMEs with a total of 400 thousand JDs. The program includes the assessment of the size and impact of linkage opportunity, SMEs situational analysis (products portfolio, Sales Performance, Marketing activities, Pricing, Manufacturing process and Production Capacity, Quality systems and certificates and financial performance).5) Practical Experience in writing proposal for the purpose of Fund Raising from the International Donors Institutions such as the EU Delegation, UNDP, and USAID support programs.

1) Maintain and improving Quality assurance system ISO90012) Managing quality control process for JLVM products (Defence & security vehicle, Discrete Armored Vehicles, and Mobile Medcial Solutions).3) Supervise purchase and installation of Powder coating line, and Pre Delivery Inspection Unit.
