The key responsibilities as a Project Manager includes:* Perform relevant project management processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management* Heading Projects, Design, Operations, Procurement, and R&D department* Track project progress ensuring compliance with requirements and timelines set by operations* Understand, advise and escalate project issues to management* Risk Mitigation and disaster recovery planning* Define and write a project scope* Manage all aspects of the vendor on board including legal approvals and finance/invoice setup* Develop a statement of work documents and manages the document workflow between the business, legal, and the vendor* Design Hybrid, On-Grid, and Off-Grid systems, assisting in developing requests for proposals* Manage scope, work with vendors to deliver on milestones, and ensure all teams have the information needed to make informed decisions* R&D, Design, and Implementation of new and up-gradation of already installed systems as per meeting the in-demand technologies of the industry using state of the art CAD software* Ensuring that the project is executing as per design parameters along with complete HSE standards* Finding, planning, and implementing efficient methods and ways to optimize project cost and time by raising the quality of work* Procurement of entire project material along with resource planning and allocation* Organizing, training, motivating, and mentoring junior staff to keep their morale high and to keep their interests positive toward work* Cost estimation and optimization by developing the budget while conducting cost-effective and efficient project goods procurement* Ensure client’s satisfaction along with analysis and manage project risks* Monitoring progress, managing reports, and necessary documentation
