Responsibilities:Perform electrical inspections and tests to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Review quality documentation from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective quality controls.Develop comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for HV, MV, and LV systems.Conduct tests, inspections, and assessments to verify the functionality of HV, MV, and LV systems.Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to schedule and execute testing activities.Prepare Testing & Commissioning Method Statements and comprehensive Operation and Maintenance manuals for HV, MV, and LV systems.Document test results, procedures, and any modifications or adjustments during testing and commissioning.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System.Review construction/installation sketches and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications and standards.Coordinate quality assurance and control activities with client representatives.Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for deviations from standards and design specifications.Submit Requests for Inspection (RFI) on completed works to clients for approval.Provide solutions during site execution to maintain workflow.Assist the design department in creating build drawings based on site conditions.Coordinate with other departments to prevent contradictions during site execution.Attend meetings with construction teams and clients to resolve issues.Ensure all equipment is calibrated and has a valid certificate.Inspect cable pulling, termination, and tagging.Inspect installation of MV/LV panel boards, electrical cable trays, switchboards, conduits, junction box fittings, lighting, etc.Oversee transformer installation and testing inspections.Supervise glanding and termination of cables.
